30th Reunion Withrow High Class of 1978

THE 30th REUNION FOR WITHROW’S CLASS OF 1978 IS FASTLY APPROACHING!

THE PLANNING COMMITTEE is delighted to present to you the final Reunion Package, detailing the events scheduled for August 1st and 2nd, 2008.

SCHEDULED EVENTS FOR AUGUST

Friday August 1, 2008---------Hospitality/Get Acquainted------- 6:00 p.m. – 12 midnight
Saturday August 2, 2008 -------Dinner/Dance---------------------- 6:00 p.m. – 1:00 a.m.

PACKAGES CHOICES
Package choices are designed into separate days to allow adequate choices to meet individual needs. Once you make your package selection, hotel reservations should be made as soon as possible to ensure a space for you.

SINCE CAPACITY IS LIMITED, HOTEL RESERVATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED ON A FIRST RECEIVED BASIS.

SINGLES PACKAGE:
o FRIDAY ONLY $ 30.00
o FRIDAY & SATURDAY $ 80.00

You may pay in full, or in three easy installments. Payments should be made by the dates indicated below:

FIRST PAYMENT MAY 3, 2008
SECOND PAYMENT JUNE 7, 2008
THIRD PAYMENT
JULY 3, 2008

YOUR REUNION PACKAGE SELECTION AND FINAL PAYMENT
MUST BE IN NO LATER THAN
JULY 3, 2008.

Cashiers checks, Travelers checks or Money orders should be made out to “Withrow Class 1978.” Unfortunately, no personal checks will be accepted.

Once payments are received, no money will be refunded. All payments, along with your package selection and reflection fact sheet should be returned in the enclosed envelope provided. You will be sent a complimentary “THANK YOU” as well as a confirmation of your selected package.

PHOTOGRAPHY INFORMATION
One complimentary Class of 1978 memory DVD slideshow will be provided for each Alumni.

Orders forms for photos will be available at the reunion.

Group picture (Withrow Class of 1978) - $10.00 including postage
30th Reunion Event (Saturday Night) Photo DVD - $7.00 including postage

On Friday we’re asking everyone to bring your digital cameras and let’s take some fun candid snapshots. We will create an online Class of 1978 members only photo album for us to view later. This should be fun!!!

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
The Kings Island Resort has reserved 25 rooms for the Reunion.

The Resort confirms the following group rates:
Two Double Beds: $109.00 One King Bed w/sofa: $109.00

The Class of 78 will provide one suite for the weekend to all that want to mingle after the events.

Hotel room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes
currently 12.5% in effect at the time of check in.

Hotel reservations must be received on or before July 11, 2008 to confirm the group rate.

Contact the Kings Island Resort Hotel Reservation Line at 1-800-727-3050 and ask for the group name Withrow Class of 78 Reunion.
Individual attendees needing rooms are responsible to make their own reservations and pay their own bills for stay. This is separate from your package for the 30th reunion event.

All rooms must be guaranteed with a qualifying form of payment.
Cancellations must be received with in 48 hours otherwise subject
to room availability and higher rates.
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m.

Withrow Alumni RIPS the Runway !!!



On behalf of the Withrow Class of 1978, you are invited to attend our Alumni Fashion show, Saturday June 28, 2008, at North Avondale Recreation Center
12 Noon to 1;00 Pm reception to follow.

The cost for vendor space is $25, for one 8 foot table.
Limited vending space is availabe

The Center will be open for set up at 11:00 AM. We ask that vendors be ready by 11:45 AM. The fashion show is from 12:00 Noon until 1:00 PM reception to follow. You will be able to vend until 2:30 PM

The purpose of this event is to network with former classmates and local community members. In addition it will serve as a fundraiser for the 30th Withrow High School class reunion scheduled for August 2008.

Tickets to the Fashion Show and Vendor Marketplace are $5.00
